Here at Peak Wellness Center, we are all here to help you become your best self.
Sometimes, we hit the nail on the head, but sometimes, we miss the mark, too.
In order to take the best care of you and give you what you need, we want you to know that we are here to listen to anything and everything you have to say.
Every time you pick up the phone, send us an email or connect with us on social media through comments and chat messengers, there is a human at the other end taking your concerns very seriously.
We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns that may arise before, during and after your treatment with us. You can do that through whatever means you find most comfortable.
When you ask us a question or share feedback -- whether that be positive or negative -- we may follow up with you to ensure we fully understand the situation and can contact the appropriate staff to take action, if necessary. This allows us to make sure that we can make changes to provide the best service to you -- our clients.
From time to time, we do receive feedback that is inappropriate. When that occurs, it is our policy to notify the person, if possible, that they can reach out to us personally by email or phone if they would like to discuss a concern in a private, respectful manner. It is never our intention to avoid negative feedback; however, we ask that your message be delivered respectfully. Please be aware that all threats of harm or self harm are taken seriously, and will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities, if deemed necessary.
If you have a concern about a specific incident or believe a more serious violation occurred during your time with Peak, it is important that you work with us to resolve the issue right away. Often, this will mean contacting your primary therapist or Clinic Director to discuss the issue. If the issue is not resolved after taking those steps, we ask that you file a formal grievance.
A formal grievance can be made in writing using our Formal Grievance Form. This form is available at each clinic upon request, or by following this link here.
We hope that our clients, communities and supports continue to provide us feedback. Knowing what we are doing right and wrong strengthens us as an organization and us as a community.
