Therapy Groups
Learning and fellowship with people who share your path
Peak Wellness Center offers dozens of support groups for our clients and their families. A Peak therapist with expertise specific to the group’s unifying theme and age facilitates each support group. Some groups meet for a set period of time whereas others are ongoing.
Support groups are a safe, welcoming, confidential place to talk, learn from others, develop new skills, plan your future and build a supportive network of peers who understand what you’re going through.
We can also connect you with other independent support groups in our community, including 12-step programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous.
