Easing the transition from treatment to independent living
We have multiple supported housing options for clients of Peak Wellness Center who are learning to manage mental illness or in recovery from substance abuse.
Our therapeutic residential programs provide a safe, accepting, positive, stable home environment with different levels daily living support, supervision, therapy, group meetings and planned activities, depending on client needs.
We strongly support each resident’s individual rights, autonomy and life goals, providing individualized education, training and support for each person. And we expect all residents to care for themselves, keep house and contribute to the shared-living community while in residence.
Peak’s housing support services include
- Onsite staff (from 24/7 to just a few hours each day)

Eligibility for supported housing
We welcome as supported housing residents Peak clients of any race or cultural background who meet certain diagnosis, treatment and income eligibility criteria.
