Supporting a strong continuum of care for mental health services

Peak Wellness Center works closely with other health care providers in Albany, Goshen, Laramie and Platte Counties to ensure people in our communities have access to high-quality, affordable mental health care and substance abuse treatment.

A private, non-profit clinic serving southeastern Wyoming for over five decades, we have grown to offer the most comprehensive range of mental health care services available in our region, including specialized Youth & Family Services and child psychiatry.

Recognized excellence, dedication to continuous improvement

Fully certified in Wyoming in our core service areas, for excellence in health and human service programs we have also held internationally recognized CARF accreditation since 2002.
We continue to evolve to better serve our clients in today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape. In particular, we have made great strides in streamlining our intake process, including offering walk-in hours at all locations for enrolling in Peak services. We’ve also extended our clinic hours at several locations to provide clients a wider range of scheduling times.

Focus on total health and well-being

In support of the Patient-centered Medical Home model, we value collaborating with other healthcare providers to support the total health and well being of our clients and to facilitate smooth transitions between places of care.

Our services range from trauma therapy to support groups for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, encompassing the broad range of life challenges people face. And we give special attention to customizing our care and treatment plans for the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

Case management services

Especially valuable for people managing complex, chronic medical conditions with a mental health component, we offer case management services for care coordination and support beyond therapy or treatment.

Supported housing

As part of our services for adults with severe mental illness and limited income, Peak offers multiple supported housing options, ranging from group residences with therapists on-site 24/7 to apartments with staff support for just a couple hours each day.

Keeping our services accessible and affordable for everyone

We accept most insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, and thanks in large part to our funding agencies, we are able to offer fees on a sliding scale based on each client’s income, insurance status and ability to pay.

Saving new clients time during enrollment

By completing New Client Paperwork in advance and bringing it with them to their first appointment, patients that you refer to Peak can save time during the enrollment process.

To help new Peak clients understand the processes of beginning a therapy or treatment program with us, we’ve included these 6 Steps To Get Started on our website.

Printed materials for your patients

We will be happy to deliver pre-printed brochures and new client paperwork to your medical practice to give to patients in your consultations, display in your office or distribute at special events.

Please contact Kortnie Mendoza, our community relations director, to request printed materials.
