We also have spaces opening up in three of these established therapy groups:
MRT Group (4-5 p.m. Wednesdays)
Awareness Group (5-6:30 p.m. Wednesdays)
Boundaries Group (10-11 a.m. Wednesdays)

If you're interested in these groups, call our Laramie County main clinic line at 307-634-9653 or talk to your current care provider.

If you are not in Laramie County and are interested in these groups, you may be able to participate, so don't be afraid to ask. We are currently providing care via telehealth, which makes accessibility even easier.

Group therapy offers unique benefits, according to this article from PsychCentral.

For one, you will be in a group of others who share similar goals or who are dealing with similar situations as you. You will be in a group of like-minded people who can provide additional support, and you will be able to give your support to the group, as well.

It's also a safe space to connect with others and practice coping skills. You can relate to others in authentic, healthy ways. If you've never tried group therapy, it might seem intimidating at first, but it can be a really great way to work on skills and boost your mental wellness.

We have plenty more groups across all four counties, too! Call your clinic's main line or talk to your care provider for more information.

We hope to see you there!
